The shape isn't human throat friendly. The tablets are large and round, with rough chalk-like surface. You have to chew them or break into pieces. They worked well for me though. I've developed a nerve twitch under the eye which lasted for 5 days. I read it might me due to the lack of potassium. These tablets helped quickly. As well as adding a lot of spinach in my diet. I also feel my heart palpitations reduced (I have the problem).
