It does work but you may need to use the aircrack drivers instead of the ones recommended online. it's easy enough to install with DKMS and afterwards this device functions properly. One star off as couldn't see all packets between known nodes in network. This could be because it's listening in, so doesn't ask for re-transmits, or share perf info. When placed close to transmitter/receiver of traffic was much better.
