For the price, it is excellent value for money.... **Q: Does this Mic come with all the cables or do i have to purchase them separately** A: It comes with an XLR to Jack cable. If you need XLR to XLR you will need to purchase a seperate cable or an adaptor. **Q: Do they have an on/off switch** A: No switch which is good as switches can be noisy. My mics are controlled by someone on a mixing desk. **Q: Can this mic be used with a phantom power supply & if so would that boost its sensitivity?** A: This is a dynamic mic, so you would not need phantom power. If you are using a computer with this mic and have a Line In plug, but not a Mic in plug, then you would need, at the most, a mixer or, at the very least, a pre amp device.
