## Description

Easy to fit plastic hinge down MKII LT2 loft access door. The aperture required in the ceiling is 565 x 720mm. The external dimensions are 675 x 830mm exactly. The insulation is fitted into the door so it hinges down with the door allowing a loft ladder to drop down. The door helps to reduce your heating bills be preventing heat escaping into the loft area. Once the opening is made in the ceiling, the hatch is simply screwed into place. Turn the thumbscrew through 90 degrees to open or lock the hatch. Comes complete with fixings and fitting instructions.

Bought this as I had continual draught from my old one. It does the job and looks good, however its not the best quality and the latch needs to be opened by hand so where I had my own handle before I need to get on a ladder to unlatch it. I don't use the loft much so no big deal but if you were to require access frequently Id look at one you can do without the need for steps, one with a latch compatible with a handle
