Review: Great value. Taste especially good if fried, baked or microwave. Long date. - (1 kg bag) ... Fantastic value compared to supermarket prices. I fry / toast them in a non-stick frying pan with a tiny amount of olive oil or other oil. They turn brown very quickly so watch out, they flip to burnt / black very quickly if you don't watch closely for the right moment to pour them out of the pan onto a heat resistant plate ... (they have high fat, so get very very hot... let them cool down before eating them (!)). ... I put them in omelettes or add a handful to bolognese, or on top of a green salad, or a few on muesli... or just add a bit of salt and then as a high energy snack. Can also grind them up with mortar and pessel to improve a cheap pesto. ... I ordered in April.2019 and the use by date is Dec.2019. They do not go bad if beyond date, but they lose their flavour over time. You can freeze pine nuts to extend their date for much much longer.
Review: Good value - Taste fresh and delivered quickly . I would definitely recommend

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do they have a long sell by date?**
A: The pack I bought this month (Jan) has a best-before of November this year. So if you'll get through a minimum of 4oz or 100g/month, they'll stay well within date. They freeze well so consider storing them in the fridge/freezer anyway to slow down oxidation.

**Q: Whats the country of origin of these nuts? China?**
A: China is right, or that's what it says on the description.

**Q: do you get 2 packs? It says 1kg but the pack says 500g.**
A: You get one bag - 1kg bag. Think there are weight options hence the picture.
