I bought for my daughter's Montessori preschool and my children had tried them out over the weekend, but my Y1 son was very sorry to see them go! I could see how both of them were having to fine tune their gross motor movements to traverse them without falling; brilliant for balance and the best thing about them is that they are very easy for the children to incorporate into play. This product would be particularly helpful for children who don't like taking physical risks, but who could do with strengthening their core and becoming more aware of balance, including how to move and where to tread to keep safe. The product itself is very well made; grippy plastic and strong. Mine was also delivered just in the box with the delivery notes stuck on the outside, but this wasn't so much of an issue for me. Just putting the box in a plastic bag would help - if you wanted to give as a gift you can't really get the delivery notes off without the pictures on the box tearing off. I think it'd be better in the shade tho **Q: Are these all different heights?** A: Yes they are different heights. They are very sturdy and well made. My grandkids love them. **Q: Are these pvc-free?** A: I have no idea. The children have great fun on them. **Q: Is there a weight limit on this toy? Are they durable enough for an adult to stand on?** A: As per description: "Can withstand weights up to 110lbs."I would say a petite adult can safely stand on them, but not use them on a regular basis.
