The machine works, however I was sent two of the smallest sized molds and one of the largest. I was supposed to get a small, medium and large mold each. I was sent a wrong part, but am happy enough with the machine otherwise. I had to look up the instructions via video because the paper with instructions wasn't clear for me, but that might just be me having a difficult time as I typically do with picture and written instructions. The machine is made of plastic which I expected, however I was hoping the backings I was sent would be metal but I haven't tried using metal backed buttons in this machine yet. The machine itself seems sturdy, but I had to press so hard to get the button together on part A I was worried I could break it, while the instruction videos. made it look easier than that. And after making a second one it WAS easier! Turned out I had used too many clear plastics without realizing, I probably used two. Make sure you separate the plastic properly! The molds feel sturdy and heavy, however I worry about slipping the mold into place on the machine where the lever is tearing it up over time but I may not need to change it out all that often anyway. Its a plastic slit that you have to slide it into.
