Unfortunately one of the clasps to suspend the bag from the buggy broke straight away (refused to close), however as this was a free extra I wasn't too concerned and bought more. However, yesterday the buckle on one of the shoulder straps broke rendering it useless as a rucksack. As it's the plastic that has snapped I'm unable to fix it. I've only had it a month, so didn't expect the bag to be broken so soon. I bought a rucksack so that I can use it with a sling (no buggy) and I won't be able to now. Checking my Amazon account to return it, it says I'm 1 day too late!!
