Simple to use and very tasty Review: So easy to grow... - I bought these back in the summer and ended up with so many sprouted beans. Some reviews said some of the beans didn't sprout, but i didn't find this to be the case. All the beans sprouted, maybe at different times and a few days a part, but they all sprouted. I used the sprouting jars. After several attempts I realise 1.5 table spoons of beans will fill a sprouting jar within a week or two. Perfect for salads. I look forward to growing these again next year. ## Features - Organic Sprouting Mix from the UK. - BuyWholefoodsOnline is not owned by or affiliated with desertcart or Whole Foods Market - This product is now 100% Recyclable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Item Weight | 1 kg | | Allergen Information | Contains: Gluten, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Tree Nuts | | Units | 1000.0 gram(s) | | Country of origin of primary ingredient(s) | United Kingdom | | Brand | BWFO | | Cuisine | English | | Format | Whole | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Package Information | Jar | | Manufacturer | BWFO | | Serving Size | 100 g | | Energy (kcal) | 384.79 kcal | | Fat | 9.7 g | | of which: | | | - Saturates | 1 g | | Carbohydrate | 52.6 g | | of which: | | | - Sugars | 4.3 g | | Fibre | 19.6 g | | Protein | 22.7 g | | Salt | Nil g | ## Images ![Organic Sprouting Mix 1kg (BWFO) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ErzUE08YL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by D***S on 2 July 2026* Brilliant sprouting mix. It’s worth knowing each one has a different growth rate so all in at a time some are at best before others . Aduki haven’t moved over 5 /6 days . --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/487427487-organic-sprouting-mix-1kg-bwfo](https://www.desertcart.at/products/487427487-organic-sprouting-mix-1kg-bwfo) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
