We've been working on ways to reduce wind and reflux, so our baby has taken a lot of different meds through this already. It's very clear at measuring what's in it, high sides on the actual spoon part so it's much harder to spill and for them to spit everywhere, easy to sterilize, doesn't spill (when filled up and laid down) thanks to the handy little feet and overall it's very useful. The only downsides really are that when you do put medicine in it, if it is sticky (like calpol) it does take a while for all of the medicine to reach the spoon, by which time my son (7 months old) has lost interest and turned away so I then have to put the spoon down and get him back in position and start again.
