I brought it a few months later for her birthday and she was estatic! It took a while for her to wear as she had to get it adjusted. What she found was a very wearable abd very highend piece which drew comments whenever she wore it. The only problem that made her a little uneasy was the fact that she found every now and then the strap would come off and thank fully fall with her buttoned sleeve. This unnerved her her to the point where she felt she couldn't wear it anymore in case she lost it. She decided she'd take it into an MK store where the advised thst the screw ir spring was faulty. A sigh of relief she arranged for it to go back to Amazon who organised this very quickly with a swift refund once returned through Hermes. She is now looking to replace it with another but hasn't really moved quickly as she fears the same could happen again. It was by chance thst she was able to catch the watch as she wore it when it came away while wesring it. Shes not confident that this will be the case next time. Id call it a design fault but either way she does want to try replace it like for like but feels its an expensive chance to take should she get another with the same problem. This is why I've given a 3 star. I'd read the reviews before hand but took a gamble and ordered given great price. Design flaw is the quick release of the strap so it came off many times. Battery also takes a long time to charge and if all functions switched on, uses it up quickly. Decided that I prefer my fitbit as there is no heart rate tracker so calories not as accurate.
