I will be working with resistance less than 1 ohm mainly.** A: The lowest resistance range is 600.0 Ohms with a 0.1 Ohm Resolution. Working at less than 1 Ohm, I WOULD NOT recommend this meter, you want to look for a meter with milli-ohm capabilities/ranges. Even a meter with a 10 Ohm range will probably frustrate you **Q: Does this meter have an Auto shut off feature? So if you forget to turn it off the battery doesn’t go dead.** A: Yes it has an automatic shut-off feature if you forget to turn it off. **Q: Is this made in the United States ?** A: My 114 was made in Singapore. **Q: Does this measure current without breaking the circuit? for example 4-20mA sensors and control circuits?** A: The Fluke 114 doesn't measure current at all. The Fluke 115 adds the ability to measure current up to 10 amps but doesn't have a mA range.
