Review: Don't disregard this little retro player - After almost giving up finding a good little retro player I came across this and decided I would give it one more try and I'm glad I did. Whilst the volume can't match others you can buy (but come on, how many of us had ghetto blasters in the 70s, I know I didn't as my mum wouldn't let me)! The sound it produces is not that bad and the distortion is down to a minimum. Yes, you get what you pay for but I think on the whole it's worth every last penny. The only little nag I've got (which is no biggie), I couldn't fathom out how to switch from am to fm and back. I thought you had to turn the little round switch at the front when infact it's a slide switch. Forget all the other little rubbish players out there, this one's a keeper. Unfortunately now one of the heads has stopped turning so it can no longer play cassettes (this is my own fault, I am very clumsy and have dropped it a few time).
