Review: Bright, versatile, useful, convenient, lightweight, small. - This little thing is amazing, incredibly useful and versatile. Recently purchased this mini keychain flashlight and I'm extremely impressed and happy with my choice. It's all the little features of this thing that really impresses me and makes it so handy all around. The main flashlight is VERY bright for the size and price, it has 4 brightness intensity levels that are all very distinctly noticeable. The brightest mode is really bright and even the lowest brightness setting is pretty solid and would rival a cheap flashlight. The secondary internal shell lights are way more useful than I imagined they would be. The bright white internal shell light is quite bright and acts as a sort of night light with a much broader light for a smaller area, opposed to the flashlight spotlight. There is also the low light night vision green which is great for a situation where you need a little night vision but want to keep the light low or not disturb your surroundings. The red light is a fair bit brighter than the green and also has a flashing option, I could see this being very useful for an emergency situation if you need to draw attention or get help. Last there is the red and blue flashing. The flashlight itself is glow in the dark, which is also incredibly useful. You can really boost the glow in the dark effect by turning on the white shell light for at least a few seconds, the longer the brighter. It REALLY glows bright in the dark after doing this, enough that the glow itself can give off a very low night vision. if you dropped it at night you could definitely have a much better chance of seeing it. Has a magnet on the bottom which is fairly strong, it definitely stays in place on a solid metal surface. Charges pretty fast as well and uses C-Type USB which is convenient. Very light weight, I can barely feel the weight in my hand and it's quite small, enough to fit well on a keychain or in your pocket. For the price, I would highly recommend this. Especially if you are looking for a really versatile and all around useful light / flashlight. ## Features - High Lumens and Long Range - Our edc flashlight torch brightness up to 900 high lumens, irradiation distance up to 100m ,adopt double head design ,enhanced lighting effect and irradiation distance, great for emergencies, everyday use and outdoor activities. The great Father's Day gift for men - Lightweight & Portable LED Flashlight -The mini flashlight only weights 1.17oz(33g),and measures 2.2”x 1.2”x 0.6”(56*31*15mm), which is small enought to fit in your hand, pocket or keychain ,easy for everyday carry and use.Unique Father's Day gift for dad - Sturdy & Waterproof Small Flashlight -The mini flash light is made of 304 stainless steel + prime PC materials ,sturdy and reliable ,IP65 waterproof,no fear of rainy or snowy days. The white/clear light is the flashlight in room or day light. The images where the flashlight appears green is actually when it is “glowing in the dark”. It glows green very, very brightly. **Q: Won’t charge via usb c, but will with usb-a. is this expected or is something wrong?** A: USB-C charging ports can only charge devices that are capable of telling the charger what charging voltage they need. And in order to do this, these devices need to conform to the USB Power Delivery (PD) protocol, usually through the use of a PD controller IC/chip, which increases the BOM/cost. As a result devices that are designed to be cheap and/or designed to only charge at 5V usually don't implement USB PD, and come with a USB-A to C charging cable in the box. A workaround to be able to charge these devices using a USB-C port is to buy yourself a USB-C male to USB-A female adapter, and plug the USB-A to C charging cable into that. This works because the adapter tells the charger that it needs a 5V output on the USB-A side. This essentially gives you a USB-C to C cable that can only charges at 5V. In short there is nothing wrong with it, it's just the way that device charges. I have several items like this that do the same thing. **Q: Once the batteries no longer take a charge are they replaceable or is this a throw away item?** A: I believe this item is dead when the batteries die. This light does not appear to facilitate the replacement of the battery. There are lights that use replaceable AA or AAA style batteries. If your use case requires many charge cycles you may want to consider a light that can take a replaceable battery. You can get rechargeable AA/AAA batteries, but it's a whole ecosystem in itself. That said, this type of battery typically takes about 300 charge cycles, but this is a pretty small battery. If you got far fewer charge cycles you may wish to contact the mfgr. Since this type of battery is where we are at, technology wise, if you need more out of a light you may wish to choose one with a larger battery that will require fewer charge cycles. **Q: How to tell when battery is fully charged** A: Updated - There is a green light behind the LED section of the flashlight that flashes red while charging. Then, once charged it turns a steady green. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my new Summer time EDC light *by D***O on June 16, 2023* Title: A Mighty Mini Powerhouse - Surpassed My Surefire Stiletto Pro! Very compact and light, has great brightness output for its size, and brightness can be changed, dim, medium, high, extreme. Has different modes(forward lighting regular, more diffuse wider lighting on its side, and a police colors blinking lights mode that I've never had to use but could if the need arose lol. Has a very convenient magnet on its butt for attacking to metal surfaces, very convenient for freeing hands when working on something else with it's light. USB C charger too, so I just use my phone charger, no hassle. Can be put on keyring too, has attachment. Perfect for purses, cars, home, anywhere, I own three or four scattered around conveniently, and I've had some for over five years and they still work as if new. Would greatly recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - BORUIT V3 Mini Powerful Keychain Flashlights with Red UV Blue Light,High Lumens 900LM USB-C Rechargeable Small Pocket EDC LED Flash Light-12 Modes,IP65 Waterproof,Tail Magnet - BORUIT V10 LED Small Powerful EDC Flashlight with Red UV Green Blue Yellow Light,Super Bright 1000 LM USB C Rechargeable Powered Mini Pocket Keychain Flash Light-14 Modes,Tail Magnet,Beeping Sound - BORUIT V15 LED Small Powerful EDC Flashlight with Warm White Red Light,Super Bright USB C Rechargeable 10 Modes Mini Pocket Keychain Flash Light with Clip,IP67 Waterproof,80°Head Swivels,Tail Magnet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/493742090-v3-mini-powerful-keychain-flashlights-with-red-uv-blue-light](https://www.desertcart.at/products/493742090-v3-mini-powerful-keychain-flashlights-with-red-uv-blue-light) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
