On OC8 website doesn't list parabens as an ingredient, however, here it lists methylparaben as an ingredient.** A: Yes. It list methylparaben in the ingredient list. **Q: Does this also function as a moisturizer?** A: No it does not act as a moisturizer. In the directions it says to apply after moisturizers. **Q: Is this product tested on animals??** A: I don’t know but it wouldn’t hurt them if it were. **Q: Does this product act as a primer for makeup?** A: I don't use makeup,so from my own experience I cannot answer that question. However, on the packaging they mention the use of OC 8 prior to the application of makeup. For anyone who lives with oily skin it really is the answer. I’ve used it for about 15 years daily. It’s such a shame it’s no longer produced and sold in the UK. Nothing else comes close and I’ve tried everything. 3 tubes used to cost approx £32 (about a £10 each) when it was available in this country now it’s £30 per tube on import. The best and cheapest seller in the US is Lovely Skin but you still have to pay huge postage on top of that. If anyone in the UK decides to sell this product please post on here and tell everyone because you will clean up!
