I bought this adapter for my Ford Explorer 2017 Ltd edition after ensuring from the seller via Q&A that it would work on this specific model. In the beginning it would connect to Android Auto for a few seconds, if I spent 10 or 15 minutes turning on and off my phone bluetooth and wifi settings, but would reset itself every minute or so. After changing some Wifi settings on the instruction of the seller, it would not connect at all to Android Auto. Android Auto works perfectly when wired on my car multimedia system. I would recommend Ford owners to save their money and time and refrain from ordering this piece of electronics. The Chinese company behind this needed to have more testing and development work done before launching this.
