Tacapasta is a great drying system: on the 16 arms it is possible to spread 2 kilograms of fresh long shape pasta. The arms rotate around a central column, which houses a removable rod - a valuable tool for collecting the pasta from the machine and laying it out to dry on the arms. The pasta drying rack opens out like a fan and closes quickly and easily, taking up very little space. Do not wash in the dishwasher.

I think if you've invested in a pasta making machine, a good plan also is to invest in a quality pasta dryer. After reading many reviews on this product on Amazon and elsewhere on the web, I chose this one and I am delighted. The design is unique! it opens so easily, move the first arm and they all open beautifully, its poetry in motion, truly. Sturdy, beautiful and practical and I am sure this will last forever if looked after properly and cared for etc. Very pleased! Yet another example of 'you get what you pay for' so my advice, stay away from those nasty wooden ones and go for this if you love your pasta and your kitchen. It looks GREAT!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth purchasing

Wasn’t sure whether to buy this but it’s definitely worth purchasing. I bought the blue one which looks really nice. The top bit comes out to trim the pasta and to move it from machine to the rack. Would say that the top rungs are more useful that the bottom ones that are lower to the table top. Would purchase again. Have been eating the best pasta since making it myself. Will never buy shop bought again! It doesn’t take as long as you think and can easily freeze left overs. Take it straight out of freezer into boiling pot and it tastes as good as the day you make it.
