When I got on it was like riding a different horse. She was calm and collected in the warm up and went straight in to win the class. I kept up the loading dose for the remainder of the show then reduced it when we got back home. It does say on the instructions but the loading is key. I do up the dose a bit before a show but if she is having a break I will take her off completely. I have also used RelaxMe on a quirky mare who worries a lot and can get quite stressed. It worked great on her too so I would definitely try this product with any horse which needs a calmer. Not every calmer will work for every horse but I definitely recommend this one.
