It’s my daily wear and the buckle is still holding up well. It has some light wear and tear but like I said I wear it daily. I work at a level 5 facility and I’m rough on my gear. After shift this thing gets tossed in the trunk of my car and forgotten about until next shift. The buckle is still stiff but easy to get on and off. The little ears on the part that clips in are starting to get some wear and the buckle has some scratches but it’s held its own. The adjustable fit is great because I’m in the process of some weight loss and I’ve already had to size it down once. The loops in the belt make it easy to rearrange my gear when I don’t like the placement of a pouch. All in all it’s a good belt and I would 10/10 buy it again. This specific style of belt doesn't have any padding and is meant for lighter gear and for that it works very well. The more gear you have on the belt, the tighter you will have to wear it and the less comfortable it will be. Know the limits of the belt and you're golden. For me, I'd say where the belt started showing its limits was when I was using it with 8 pistol mag pouches, a dump pouch, and my pistol holster. This is probably feasible with a lighter pistol but mine is full size and full metal, so again, know the limits of your gear. I have wore mine with regular wrangler jeans and it fit great. **Q: does the size chart refer to the jean size or to the waist contour? ie: i use jeans size 32/33 but i have 39" of waist.** A: I just bought it useing his pant size. Easy to adjust and fit how you like if you buy it to big. It is a 2 part belt, the part that stays on the belt loops is continual velcro and it is very strong. **Q: How do you put it together?** A: First the inner belt goes though the belt loops, then you strap that belt on itself with velcro. Make sure the velcro portion for the outer belt is facing outwards. Add your accessories. Next the outer belt is plressed on that outer facing velcro of the inner belt. Loosen belt side of buckle, adjust fit, and then buckle both sides. (One side of buckle is for belt adjustment, then the other buckles into non removeable buckle half on other end of belt.) **Q: How much weight/force can the belt support?
