**Q: How do you use it?   i’m sure that sounds like a stupid question but i can’t see if i’m supposed to use the rubber seal or just flip the lid up. thx**
A: This is difficult - I am going to buy another bottle as I have not got on at all well with this one.  Use the rubber seal otherwise water leaks out.

**Q: Can this go in the dishwasher?**
A: Yes it can, I have put mine in the dishwasher.

Great value, light weight but easy to clean, fair quality for the price, fairly easy to clean, could be made easier to drink from as the top is a bit awkward
