I'd always wanted something with a deeper tone and something that was crafted really well, this is it. Beats any of the other whistles I've got! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sound is very powerful and consistent *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 December 2015* I bought it for school and was not disappointing. It gives a very metallic, heavy and thick feeling. The sound is very powerful and consistent. It's a very excellently built whistle. The only annoying thing is, as i have it around my neck with my ID card, as they collide this gives of a cow bell sound, which is becoming a bit annoying, but when i get to blow it, i forget everything lol. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for rugby coaching as it's loud and clear *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 December 2015* The Acme Thunderer is legendary for a reason. It is great for getting the attention of the children on a Sunday morning, whatever the weather.I have it on an England Rugby lanyard which is quite long, so I have to be careful that the whistle doesn't hit a child in the face when bending down. Will probably pair it with a wrist lanyard soon! ## Frequently Bought Together - Acme 58.5 Thunderer Whistle, Large - Acme Thunderer Whistle 60.5, Small, High, Loud - Acme Metropolitan Police Whistle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/50101745-whistle-thunderer-no-58-5](https://www.desertcart.at/products/50101745-whistle-thunderer-no-58-5) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
