The iOS app is minimal and well designed. The Apple Watch app seems a little more buggy, but I'm running a beta version of iOS, so I don't know if this was causing the problems. The device itself works well. It sometimes seems overly sensitive, buzzing in response to small movements. Fortunately, it's really quick to recalibrate your upright posture, and there are also a few setting you can adjust to control sensitivity and alert speed.
