The new format has some reasonable features but sever limitations. It is effectively a PDF type view but the Kindle viewer has very poor functionality compared to say, Moon+ Reader pro. You cannot select a text reflow format or change the background colour for ease of reading. It is also incompatible with my phone (so I could not download it on that device)My rating is based on the book, which I subsequently bought in paperback. I've only read a couple of chapters but it is exactly what I was looking for. I have the 2nd edition and the updates effecively make it a new book. I will add a review against the paperback when I have read it. In the meantime just to provide a balance of considerations, the paperback weighs 1.54 kg, so not very convenient for carrying around.Very pleased as usual with Amazon's support with instant phone service to return and refund the Kindle version. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing book *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 March 2013* This book is incredible, even at first glance I can see it contains all the information I could possibly want and more. Absolutely cannot fault the book itself. However, I was less than impressed at the state the book arrived in. The box had been opened and due to the fact it had been snowing the book had gotten damp down one side.
