There are plenty of learning resources for the 10-hole (Blues) harmonica:- but the bigger, more challenging, chromatic seems out of fashion at the moment. If you would like to be able to read music and learn to play the chromatic harmonica then Method for Chromatic Harmonica (with Free Audio CD) is what you need.

I don't know of a better tutorial for chromatic harmonica than this. Two tracks for selected pieces, one with backing and lead and another with just the backing. You do need basic music theory, notes and timing. No tabs here, which is good.
