Dropped a star purely due to the unaffordable price. But this is a very effective product. I have a deviated septum, and intrinsic rhinitis, which has caused me so much trouble sleeping with snoring, and has been quite debilitating at times. I had given up on finding anything that could help. As soon as you fit the clip you can feel the increased air flow. And testing it, I could hardly force a snoring sound as soon as I fitted it, which is amazing. I have slept much better since using this. One day I was quite congested as well, which maybe defeated it slightly, but I think it still helped reduce the impact of that even then. I found the middle one was the best size for me, and you can adjust the rings bigger too if you need to. Once fitted it stays in place all night just fine.
