It's perfect for, not only massaging tired or overworked muscles, but also can prevent bruising - if I can get it on the skin quickly enough. My chiropractor will often use this oil after a treatment; it's very relaxing.I know some people are sceptical about complementary health products. However, small blood vessels in my fingers will occasionally "pop" and, if I can't get Arnica cream into the skin, the finger will swell and turn black, making it very painful. Arnica prevents this happening but only if I can apply it quickly.
