Review: Don’t Sleet - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m honestly a little hesitant to even write this review because this is one of those products you almost want to gatekeep. 😂 TEC582 has become one of my favorite detailing products. I’ve used it on my BMWs as a drying aid, detail spray, and maintenance topper, and it just works. The paint looks noticeably glossier, feels super slick, and water behavior is fantastic. 💦✨ What really surprised me is the value. You get professional-level results without paying premium boutique prices. It sprays evenly, wipes off effortlessly, and I haven’t experienced any streaking when used on a cool surface with a quality microfiber. I’ve spent a lot more on products that didn’t perform this well. Since finding TEC582, it’s earned a permanent spot in my detailing arsenal. 🚗🧼 If you’re looking for one product that adds gloss, slickness, and protection without breaking the bank, this is it. Just don’t blame me when everyone else discovers it too. 🤣👌 Review: Expensive but worth the outlay. Remember less is more when applying this product. - This polish is expensive but worth every penny. Using very little diluted (about 10/1 water/polish) in a spay gun which you wipe off almost immediately with a micro fibre cloth you get great results. The paintwork on the car builds a water repellent coating straight away. After a number of washes this coating builds offering protection and shine. Expensive but worth the outlay. Remember less is more when applying this product. ## Features - One of the easiest ways to get ceramic protection - Can be used on wet or dry vehicles - Unparalleled surface protection - Can be used on all exterior surfaces - Highly substantive ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07N8CTCLJ | | Brand | Technicians Choice | | Brand Name | Technicians Choice | | Compatible Material | Glass, Plastic, Chrome, Metal | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 4,166 Reviews | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Weight | 16 Ounces | | Manufacturer | ECP Inc. | | Manufacturer Part Number | TEC58216 | | Material | Ceramic | | Material Type | Ceramic | | Model | TEC58216 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Surface Recommendation | Painted Surface | | UPC | 097788018365 | | Water Resistance Level | Water Repellent | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Technicians Choice - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Item Weight:** 16 Ounces - **Material:** Ceramic - **Water Resistance Level:** Water Repellent ## Images ![TEC582 Ceramic Detail Spray (16 OZ) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/614+p+Q7IUL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can TEC 582 be used on both dry and wet paint?** A: Yes, for longest durability use on dry paint out of direct sunlight. Remember less is more when applying this product. *by H***6 on 17 July 2025* This polish is expensive but worth every penny. The application is extremely easy—spray, wipe, flip the towel, and it levels out with almost zero effort. No streaking issues as long as the surface isn’t overly hot. Performance: The gloss it leaves behind is impressive, giving the paint a freshly detailed, “just waxed” look in minutes. The slickness is immediately noticeable—water beads and sheets off like a much more expensive coating. It also works great as a drying aid without gumming up towels. Versatility: Safe on paint, glass, trim, wheels—pretty much the whole exterior. It adds a nice boost to existing coatings or sealants and works just fine on its own for maintenance protection. Durability: For a spray-on product, the longevity is solid. You can expect several weeks to a couple months depending on weather and wash habits. Value: For the results you get—shine, slickness, hydrophobic behavior—it’s hard to beat at this price point. Overall: Easy to use, great gloss, and strong hydrophobics. One of the best ceramic detail sprays for both professionals and DIY detailers. ## Frequently Bought Together - Technicians Choice TEC582 Ceramic Detail Spray (16 OZ) - Technicians Choice TEC582 Ceramic Detail Spray (1 Gallon) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/504862885-tec582-ceramic-detail-spray-16-oz](https://www.desertcart.at/products/504862885-tec582-ceramic-detail-spray-16-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
