It also provides a proper 90 degree angle for those who need it and a slightly more incline position for more comfortable shoulder pressing movements.My only complaint is that the seat only features a single height adjustment option which isn’t exactly ergonomic when used in full decline mode with heavier weights, but it is workable enough to maintain it’s five start rating, most especially due to the price.Buy once, cry once.
