The advert video is staged (i.e. misleading) to imply a large portion for two but I reckon one pack is overly generous for one person, just about OK for two, for a family you'd definitely need more than one pack. **Q: What is the best before date?** A: Depends when you buy it! - my last purchase was a couple of months ago and best before says next March so probably about nine months - however its dry so I would expect it to last indefinitely! Its delicious and brilliant for storage - particularly during lockdown. **Q: once reconstituted can this be frozen?** A: I used it for a cottage pie, froze that, when it defrosted and reheated, it didn’t seem to make a difference so I can’t see why it can’t be frozen. **Q: Why has this product gone from £12 a box of 12 to £18 a box of 12 in a matter of weeks and since the covid outbreak?** A: £18.00 for a bulk buy box of 12 is overpriced IMO.
