The lining has a lovely tartan type pattern which I love. I have a bad back so it's great that they don't take much getting on, though I sometimes need a little help getting them back off. The sizing is spot on and they fit me well in my normal size. The only reason I am giving them 4 and not 5 stars is that they scuffed pretty soon after I bought them.
