(2) I believe that disposable oxygen cylinders in the US are all CGA-601 valves. The CGA-601 is the same thread size and ratio as the generally used CGA-600, but it is left-hand threaded (as all oxygen valves are to prevent oxygen from being connected to an oxiduzable gas). (3) You would therefore need to get hardware to convert from the CGA-601 output by this cylinder to a CGA-540 valve, if that's what your regulator fits, for example.
