Better than motion bulbs. *by S***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 November 2016* Its an excellent concept and near perfect implementation. The lights are close to cool white but not 6500K but pretty close. The installation is very simple but do keep in mind some drilling on base of the plate is required to pass the cables. I personally think this should have been made since there is no alternative to this. The design is very neat and subtle. Since these are LEDS they have no hassle of changing bulbs and are very bright as well.Cons:1. The distance settings do not work. I have tried to keep these to a minimum (2m) but they still catch you moving from farther.2. The presence detector is a gimmick (not based on IR). If you stood still for over minute under the minimum time settings it goes off. So it cant detect my presence with me still being there.3. The edges of the cover that goes on the top are very sharp.
