I like the fact that the output of the two USB ports deliver 2.4A each and the unit's power rating at 125V 15A (most competitors advertise only 10A). The product looks well built and has the wall mountable feature I was looking for. I particularly like the long warranty period of 18 months and the $300,000 liability insurance that it carries. The long warranty backed by the liability insurance proves to me that the product is quality built . It gives me the peace of mind that the company will not leave their customers stranded in the event of unexpected disaster (such as a power surge caused by a lightning strike). I hope the company's customer service will be excellent but I am also hoping that there will not be a need to contact them. ### ⭐⭐ Hard to hang on wall *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2018* I've hung this pawer strip by my headboard. It's fairly compact and has two USB ports. It looked like everything that I was looking for (compact and black). It's installed but I have yet to use. They keep referring to their 18 month warranty... if it breaks during that period, we'll replace it. That does not give me a warm feeling.To date, the worst issue that I have with this item is that it was almost impossible to hang. They DO NOT provide a template and I must have tried close to 3 dozen screws before I found some that worked. As it is, I had to use one size at the top and a smaller size at the bottom. The provided slots are not well designed.How it lasts is yet to be seen.
