They have said they will replace**Terrible experience! I have been using e-badges/Enterprise for years! I had an urgent customer order come in (2 days before event), ordered these from their Amazon page in an emergency, as I only had half of my components left for an an order. I made the first half in my shop (20) using existing components which all made beautifully.I started on the new components and they will not form correctly (leaving gaps around the edges using my e-badges badge maker). Never had a problem before.
