If that happens, you'll have a bubble you can't get rid of. Before placing the protector on the device, grab the dust removal sticker and remove any dust that may have fallen on the screen. Be sure to keep the screen protector facing adhesive-side down and don't touch anywhere besides the edges. Once you are confident the screen is 100% dust and debris free, align the left or right edge of the protector with the screen while keeping the other edge a few inches away from the screen. I aim for a tiny gap away from the plastic around the screen, something like a fingernail worth of thickness. Once the gap is even from the top to the bottom of the side edge, simply hold that position with your free hand and completely let go of the protector so it falls down into place. The adhesive should start grabbing and just let it go. If it does not start after a few seconds, gently press on one edge of the protector.
