Just spit,leave the rest to do its magic.There is clinical evidence that it helps with the strength of teeth and gums mine are no longer tender, no more sensitivity when i eat or drink,no matter the temperature, this took about a week to achieve with the sensitivity. i had some cracks just visible,i no longer have them,dont let the dentists dictate to you,they want you to keep coming back to them,and buy the rubbish that they endorse and charge you stupid prices for.
