The battery i ordered the first time began deteriorating after 3 months of use. I had to charge it often and get only few hrs of juice. I contacted dentsing and they recommended few troubleshooting steps which apparently did not help. So they sent me a new one without any cost to me. They apologized for the inconveniences caused and were very communicative of the replacement part shipment.Let's see how the mileage goes on the new one. I gave it a 5 star because of the customer service. I am not sure if it's the fault of battery or my laptop. But my laptop is only 3 years old (lenovo flex3) and i assume it's probably the battery.Update: the replacement battery is completely dead nearing 12 months of use. This product is of low quality.. have to lower the ratingsUpdate2:The customer service is excellent, they immediately responded to my issues and offered me an option to send a new one or a refund. I accepted the refund as i already tried 2 battery packs from them and didn't want to give it another try.I gave 5 stars for good customer service.
