It also features ingenious multi-page fold-outs that replicate those in the Manuscript, and has several excellent essays on how the MS was found, how it was made and carbon-dated, the possible meanings and so on. In short, it's about as close as you'll get to looking at the Manuscript first-hand. I have nothing to do with the book - apart from having just bought it - but I think it's useful to point all this out. Review: A Very Complex History Book - This book, "The Voynich Manuscript" is a very complex and consice book about an ancient race that lived in the north west and mainly focuses on the women who had the knowledge and ability to contol and shape nature. It is tough to read and a very long drawn out process to translate given its use of multiple methods of encoding and languages but most learned men shouldn't have much trouble, also and some of it is quite macabre.
