No it can’t but it will stand in its edge and sit nicely against a wall. **Q: How many years do they guarantee?** A: no years - only 6 months like every other product they sell for under £20. **Q: What are the supported units?** A: It says following: lb:oz fl'oz ml g **Q: Can i use theses for letters and parcels weighing onto it** A: It's useful for checking the weight of letters and parcels to see if they are close to the price limits and the large size of the scale pan is good for this. Special scales specifically for letters are available and measure to 0.1g, but these often have quite small platforms and in some ways are more suited to weighing jewellery . Hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Apparently a handful is not an accurate measuring tool *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 July 2026* These digital kitchen scales are brilliant for the price.
