A: This is a All Purpose Rub with a completely different flavor profile. This is Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powders and usually used as a pre Rub for most meats, excellent on burgers and a whole bunch of other foods.

A: I couldn’t tell, you but its good. If you watch How To BBQ Right on YouTube you’ll see he isn’t worried about carbs.
