Review: Works for dog attacks! - Love this stuff. Carry it with me for dog attacks. My dog and I were charged by a vicious, medium size dog. Sprayed it in the face with this and stopped the charge. Used it a second time on another dog (stray) and it ran the other way immediately. Love that this is pepper GEL so it has weight to it for breezy days, versus pepper spray that could get into your eyes easier. Also you can spray and hit your target from quite a distance. 10 feet or more I would say. While this works well for detering dogs, also recommend carrying a taser as a back up if you live in a place where its a concern.
Review: Tested On Duty, Extremely Effective - I work for a company that does many things, armed security, bounty hunting, bodyguarding and private investigation work, most recently one of my jobs was securing multiple apartment complexes, my partner got a call that someone was breaking into apartments, when I arrived it was pouring rain, flooding even, 3" deep water rushing past my waterproof boots on the sidewalk, I head towards an area where people are flashing us with lights to get our attention and a woman leaning against the archway of a stairwell starts coming after me and pulls out a meat cleaver, I instantly draw my gun and have the light/laser on her as well, I supposed she came to her senses and did not want to get shot so she stopped coming towards me so when I felt like I could I grabbed the Sabre Red off of my Molle Plate Carrier and painted her entire face in the gel from about 8 feet away, she started screaming and swinging the cleaver and acted like she was going to throw it so I took cover behind a wall then less than 10 seconds after being sprayed she dropped the cleaver and dropped to her knees and put her face in the water and tried to wipe it off her face, she was groaning and screaming and I was able to quickly grab all of the bladed weapons that she had while she was incapacitated, there were two knives and one meat cleaver, the Police arrived soon after and arrested her, I saw her later in the back of a squad car and her eyes were swollen like she had two black eyes. This product is amazing, it has good range and spraying power like I mentioned it was storming heavily and flooding and it still shot a jetstream straight to her face, I covered her entire face with it and she had zero fight in her after that, when the cops came she instantly got on her knees and they put her away. I'm not sure if she was on drugs or had mental problems all I know is this works and i'm buying more right now because this is the second day in a row i've had to pull it out but the first time i've had to use it.

**Q: I image this product is pressurized. Can you keep this in your car on hot summer days without the can exploding from the heat?**
A: Do not keep in car in hot weather. Car temps can easily reach 120 degrees. If it bursts you're going to be very sorry. Manufacturer states don't leave in hot car.

**Q: What is the scoville scale rating for this product and is the same product 'scan' used by the nypd, chicago and la police not just the same brand?**
A: I believe its 200,000 and most police officers are using the Sabre red Gel. Very accurate without the overspray. As a fellow user this stuff is amazing. You will not be disappointed. I also have the huge bear spray when on vacation in NC

**Q: Just received 2 canisters, shaking it feels empty ( nothing sloshing around) is this normal? Or did I get sold empty canister?**
A: I just shook mine and didn't hear or feel anything sloshing around either but I know it's fully charged because I test fired it as soon as I got it. I test fire all my pepper sprays when I get them and once per year after that. Make sure to give yours a quick 1 second test fire, your life may depend on it working. The range on this one said up to 18 feet. When I tested mine I believe that the range was over 20 feet. I love this stuff.

**Q: Does this leave a marking dye on the attacker?**
A: The SABRE pepper sprays contain a UV dye.

Love this stuff. Carry it with me for dog attacks. My dog and I were charged by a vicious, medium size dog. Sprayed it in the face with this and stopped the charge. Used it a second time on another dog (stray) and it ran the other way immediately. Love that this is pepper GEL so it has weight to it for breezy days, versus pepper spray that could get into your eyes easier. Also you can spray and hit your target from quite a distance. 10 feet or more I would say.
