They work great and definitely keep the humidity in check in my filament bags. I really like that they are infinitely reusable as I’m not a fan of one time use consumables when I can get away from them. The moisture indicating strips that come with them are junk. they are all over the place so I threw them out and manage humidity with a hygrometer.
