I am trying to work on my arms and get them toned as they are quite flabby.. then I saw these on a sale so I purchased them. They come in a little bag and you can carry all five of these bands with you anywhere even in your purse. Easy to pack and I go to see my grandchildren overnight a few times a month so this is great. I also have no room in my house for a big pieces of equipment or any desire to have equipment laying around. Once I’m done with this, I put it back in the little bag. The bands are different thicknesses and widths . The light one is very easy to use and I just skipped over that one as I am fairly strong . You get a great workout with the bands , using the lighter ones with more reps, or using a heavier weight with fewer reps. They are very sturdy and will not break , unlike a rubber band. I use them watching either a YouTube video or some Facebook groups that show you how to use these. Sometimes I just grab one for a few minutes while watching other programs also.
