Had some issues out of the box, but Linda at customer service was right there with help. Very prompt in sending me a new version of the firmware to address my issue of capturing a media stream via RSTP. Resolved the issue in just a few emails. The video quality is great. I haven't tried the multi-channel yet. If I have a need for more decoders I would definitely buy from uRay again based upon the customer service.
