Review: Neck Pain Gone! - I can’t believe I’ve finally found the answer to my neck pain! I’ve been suffering from neck and arm pain/tingling on and off for years since a baseball injury. I’ve tried physical therapy, pain pills, injections, and other traction devices, but until now, nothing has really worked this fast. Fisher Traction gave me immediate relief. I felt the pull force that I knew I needed instantly. I travel frequently because of work, so I wanted something I could take anywhere. Fisher Traction looks like the answer. It’s easy to set up, rolls up into the size of a softball, and weighs easily less than a pound. I was hesitant about the price, but it’s truly worth every dime. I strongly recommend this to anyone who has tried everything else; it is legit!
Review: Really only works for lumbar area - Works reasonably well for lumbar region. I don't notice any traction in sacral region and very little in thoracic. Easy to set up and use, however I am not able to blow up the supports fully due to the valve size. The hole is too big for any of the pumps I have, too big to do it by mouth and difficult to plug without losing air. It is very compact and portable so I can take it with if I have to leave home. The box it comes in measures 8" x 10" x 4". Though it is a bit pricey, it's worth the money considering the other way is to pay for a therapist or chiropractor to apply traction manually. For a DIY traction device for home it's pretty good.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how does it stay tied to the doornob?**
A: Watch our video on how to loop the red door knob strap on the outside door knob. You do not have to worry about the door opening as your head will be more than 3 feet away from the door if it opens. If you go to our YouTube Fisher Traction channel we have videos showing what happens if the door is opened and how safe the design is. You can also loop the red loop around other stationary objects as long as they are 36 inches from the ground for the ideal angle of pull. Dr. F

**Q: Does this help with your back**
A: No but our low back unit can help with the mid back and low back. Go to our Fisher Traction page plus watch our videos on YouTube.

**Q: how long does one have to stay in the strap per day?**
A: the amount of time you spend on it depends on how long it is comfortable for you as a rule I spend around 15 minutes a session be sure to relax the pressure every 5 minutes or so

**Q: Do you need the special wedge pillow or will a regular one do?**
A: Our foam shoulder wedge is specifically designed to lift your head at the proper angle of extension to maximize decompression. A normal bed pillow can not accomplish this as their densities are not the same as our specially selected foam and it’s design. Please watch our video explaining the use of our wedges so you can learn more. Our video is on our product page for our shoulder wedge.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really only works for lumbar area

### ⭐ DANGEROUS!!!!!!!
*by S***E on April 30, 2021*

This could be a great product, but it relies solely on velcro to hold a substantial amount of tension, and when it fails, it not only damages your door, but it will also hurt your neck because the violent failure is like a catapult being chopped while your neck is already in a very delicate position. They should at the very least have a safety coil, but even more so they needed to have an additional way to secure it. Velcro will fail eventually even if you maintain it. I've had this and the back traction for only two months and the back traction had failed so many times that the velcro is completely useless. Amazon needs to pull this off the shelves I have since been in contact with Fisher who was very accommodating. I'm actually keeping both of my Fisher rigs, but I've added my own safety zip-ties to keep it from happening again. I really like these products, but I highly recommend modifying them to prevent damage. Fisher explained that they're designed so that the velcro will fail before the rubber tubes fail in order to prevent severe body damage. I could have been "overloading" the back rig with tension, and I'm going to use it by just letting it do the work on it's own without me trying to really crank it up. I've owned a Teeter and an overhead traction device, and I prefer Fisher traction to both of those. I'm a fifty year old carpenter.
