Just be careful how much you put it if you don’t like it too hot, but the actual spice flavour is lovely. The ingredients are turmeric, red chilli, black pepper, ginger, cardamoms, garlic, coriander and salt. **Q: i cant see the instruction online can someone share the info please** A: I add a teaspoon of the mix to (uncooked) lentils and boil them until cooked. I find the result jolly tasty!
