Review: where have you been all my life - I recently started swapping out my single celing light for spot lights, these connectors have been a god send for the wireing they have made it so easy to install the lights and run the cables, without having to individually secure every wire joing with a block and or electrical tape, these are also great for taking the same lights down if moving home or needing to replace a unit as the cable simply push fit into the hole and you flip the little lever to secure it in place.
