First off, the fixtures are very high quality, solid brass (or stainless steel?) construction. It all came packaged so that nothing was damaged or scratched when it arrived. I don't understand the negative reviews from people who said their plumbers could not figure out how to install these fixtures or that they needed special adapters or fittings to make it work. I installed this just as easy as any American made fixtures with no special tools or fittings. No leaks, good strong flow, looks great. I've had it in now for about a year and it stil looks and operates great. My only criticism would be that all these Chinese made shower valves seem to use the same cartridge, and I can't find any replacements for them (haven't needed it yet, but I wanted to buy one for a spare).
