Firstly i have a cable going from my 2nd floor Downstairs to 3rd floor Upstairs connecting the Master Router to the Bridge/Slave Router upstairs. This was the 50m Cable, i've used these cables with both 50MB Internet a 1Gbit internet in my most recent upgrade. With the 50MB internet we easily attained the 5MB/s download speeds from Steam and other webservices. Upon upgrading to 1Gbit internet we noticed no slow down at all, attaining the full or close to full 950MB on Speedtest.com and 65MB/s from Steam (fastest Steam allows UK speeds). The second cable is the Slave Router to the NAS Server itself. The Third Cable to PC 1 from the Slave Router, Fourth Cable to the 2nd Office PC from the Slave Router.
