Review: High quality, great taste - I eat ginger for digestive problems post cancer. This is a high-quality product, large chunks, and the taste is great. Other crystallised ginger I've tried is hotter and the pieces are very small. This is very similar to the ginger served at the end of meals on high end cruises. Whether you serve it with coffee at the end of a meal, or use it to relieve nausea or for an upset stomach, it is pleasant to eat and works well. All I can tell you is that I will be buying this again and would highly recommend it. This is the best I've found so far and it's almost a crime to cook with it. I also think the 1kg pack is good value for money.

It has chunky thick cuts that give off a rich and warm flavor that tastes authentic. I'm going to use some in my hot curry bt blending it with coconut milk.
